Project overview
Wheel Works UK is an alloy wheel repair and refurbishment specialist based in Crawley, West Sussex. Established in 2001, the business serves trade and retail customers, offering factory-standard refurbishment, powder coating, diamond cutting, straightening and welding. Its website needed to communicate that technical expertise while making workshop services easy to explore.
We built a bespoke website that brings services, process information and finished work into one clear customer journey. An instant quote tool gives visitors a direct route to pricing, supported by a shop, wheel-tracking access and practical FAQs. Dedicated content explains the available finishes and repairs, helping customers understand their options before contacting the team.
The design centres on confident typography, concise service messaging and before-and-after imagery that puts workmanship first. Clear navigation and prominent calls to action connect browsing with enquiry, while the gallery and company history reinforce the care and experience behind every refurbishment.
Integrated systems
Wheel Works UK brings together a fully integrated CRM, lead generation with pipeline management, a complete customer order system and an online shop.
A dedicated alloy wheel production line system supports customer tracking through QR-code handoffs at each stage. A full content management system covers the gallery, testimonials, services and other core business features.
