Project overview
Springfield Dog Kennels is a family-run boarding business in Colgate, serving dog owners across Horsham and Crawley since 1977. Set beside St Leonards Forest, its eight kennels offer individual care, heated accommodation and support for dietary and medical needs. The website brings that personal approach into focus, helping owners feel informed before arranging a stay.
We built a bespoke website that brings together boarding information, fees, opening hours and location details in a clear, accessible structure. A dedicated booking request form captures stay dates, contact details and each dog’s requirements, while making clear that availability is confirmed by the team.
The design centres on reassurance, balancing welcoming language with practical information. Local Authority approval, care provision and invitations to visit give prospective customers clear reasons to enquire. Prominent booking and telephone links offer straightforward next steps, whether owners are ready to request dates or would prefer a conversation first.
Integrated systems
Springfield Dog Kennels required a unique booking system that no off-the-shelf plugin within a conventional CMS could support. Moving to a generative AI platform enabled a bespoke system tailored to the business’s specific requirements.
A full CRM is linked to the booking system and calendar, with integrated dog care plans and features built around Springfield’s business processes.
